Personal information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us. This website has no user accounts, no online checkout and no newsletter sign-up.

When you use the contact form

The form on our Contact Us page asks for:

• Name — so we know how to address you;
• Email address — so we can reply;
• Phone number — optional, if you'd like to share it;
• The massage chair or product you're interested in — optional;
• Your message — including anything you choose to tell us in it.

The form does not send this information to a server of ours. When you press Submit, it prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent until you send that email yourself.

When you email us directly

If you write to us, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach, along with the standard details that accompany an email (such as the time it was sent).

Technical information from your visit

Like most websites, the server that delivers these pages may automatically record basic technical details for each request — for example your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the date and time. We do not use this information to identify you, and we do not combine it with the information you send us.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us to:

• read and answer your question about a massage chair or product;
• follow up on the same conversation if you write back;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you;
• keep the website running securely and troubleshoot technical problems (technical information only).

We do not sell your personal information, rent it out, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. Please don't include sensitive details — such as payment card numbers or health records — in messages to us.

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your correspondence and contact details;
• stop contacting you.

This website is intended for adults shopping for massage chairs. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Other services

This website does not use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins, embedded maps or payment processors. Our pages load their fonts, images and code from our own website only.

Your message reaches us through the email app and email provider you choose to use, which handle it under their own privacy terms. Our own email is handled by the provider we use for our mailbox.

Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example, by adding a new way to contact us — we'll update this policy and change the "Last updated" date at the top of the page.
